Mercy Clinic in Joplin, Missouri is a busy, comprehensive, well-established practice in Southwest Missouri. We are seeking full-time, BE/BC Trauma Surgeon to join three other Trauma Surgeons. Work alongside an expert team of care professionals who genuinely care for one another and share your passion for providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

Mercy Hospital Joplin offers

• The hospital is Level II Trauma and has 6 trauma bays, 11 state of the art ORs with a full scope of trauma and surgical equipment.
• Approximately 800 annual trauma cases
• Trauma/Acute Care Surgery only-no elective surgery
• 7-8, 24-hour shifts per month worked in 1 week increments
• $470K guarantee plus $50K incentives and $10K relocation assistance

• EPIC EHR throughout the entire Mercy system
