Part-Time Critical Care Physician Assistant – Inova Loudoun Hospital

Location: Leesburg, Virginia (Washington, DC Metro Area)

Employment Type: Part-Time | PRN/Per Diem (4–6 Night Shifts per month)

Commonwealth Critical Care is seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Physician Assistant to join our Critical Care team at Inova Loudoun Hospital , a nationally recognized facility located in the thriving Northern Virginia/DMV region. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice in a collaborative yet autonomous environment while providing advanced care in a high-acuity critical care setting.

Position Highlights

• Highly Competitive Compensation with Night Shift Differentials
• 12-hour shifts – Night shifts available
• 211-bed Inova Loudoun Hospital – Level III Trauma Center
• Robust procedure exposure & autonomy with strong physician support
• The Critical Care team covers a 12-bed ICU & 14-bed IMCU.
• PRN / Per Diem scheduling option available
• Access to full specialty consultant services

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of Critical Care experience
• Ability to perform Central Line and Arterial Line placement
• Comfort working independently within a high-acuity environment
• Physician Assistant providers with a proven Critical Care background
