Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) to join a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in El Paso, TX . This full-time opportunity is open to new graduates and experienced providers , offering the chance to serve underserved populations in a collaborative, mission-driven healthcare setting.

Position Overview:

• Location: El Paso, TX
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Salary: $100,000 – $105,000 per year
• Relocation Allowance: Up to $10,000
• Loan Repayment Eligible: NHSC Loan Forgiveness
• Malpractice Coverage: FTCA (no financial liability on provider)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical exams and gather medical histories
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
• Prescribe medications and administer treatments
• Monitor patient progress and update care plans
• Educate patients and families on health management
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date medical records
• Collaborate with physicians and refer patients as needed

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Education: Master’s degree from an accredited PA program
• Licensure: Active Texas PA License
• Experience: New grads encouraged; prior FQHC or primary care experience preferred
• Skills: EHR proficiency, clinical diagnostics, patient-focused care
• Preferred: Bilingual English/Spanish (not required)
