Who We're Looking For:

• Photographers with genuine aloha spirit who love connecting with people
• Someone who sees client sessions as opportunities to create joy and share their culture, not just take photos
• Team players excited to lift up fellow photographers and share knowledge
• Good understanding of Lightroom for editing
• Experience with couples and family photography sessions required; proposal experience preferred but not required if you have the heart for it!

REQUIREMENTS - All Must Be Met:

• Location: Must currently live on Kauai or nearby areas
• Work Authorization: Must have legal authorization to work in the United States
• Language: Must be proficient in English for client communication (additional languages are a plus!)
• Equipment: Must own a DSLR or mirrorless camera with high-quality lenses and professional photography equipment
• Portfolio: Must have client galleries available to show demonstrating experience with family sessions and couple sessions (proposal experience preferred but not required)
• Editing Experience: Must have experience working with Adobe Lightroom
• Employment Type: Must understand this is a freelance position, not a full-time employment opportunity
• Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to reach session locations
