Job Description

Position: Endo Tech

Location: Burien WA

Pay Scale: $1800/week

Shift: Day Shift

• Perform blood specimen collection through venipuncture and capillary puncture techniques.
• Properly label and store blood samples for laboratory analysis ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Verify patient identity and ensure accurate documentation of each blood draw.
• Follow aseptic techniques to maintain patient safety and prevent contamination.
• Provide excellent patient care demonstrating professionalism compassion and addressing any concerns or questions.
• Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure accurate and timely specimen processing.

• Completion of an accredited Phlebotomy Technician program or equivalent training.
• Phlebotomy Technician certification (required).
• Strong attention to detail and technical proficiency in blood collection procedures.
• Knowledge of safety protocols infection control and best practices in phlebotomy.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with patients and team members.
