Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for providing excellent administrative support? Do you enjoy working in a dynamic environment where you can make a real difference? If so, we want you to join our growing team as a Personal Lines Administrative Assistant!

You'll be the backbone of our Personal Lines department, providing crucial support to our CSRs and Account Managers. Your contributions will help ensure smooth operations and exceptional service for our clients.

What You'll Do:

Provide Stellar Support: Assist Personal Lines CSRs/Account Managers with processing new and renewal business.
Manage Communication: Handle phone calls, greet visitors, and direct inquiries.
Process Documents: Handle and process PROC Activities and homeowner binders.
Manage Mail: Open, date stamp, and distribute mail to staff.
Maintain Organization: Maintain a suspense system to follow up on outstanding items.
Promote Business Growth: Seek and recognize opportunities to refer new business.
Handle General Clerical Duties: Perform other clerical and job-related duties as needed.
What We're Looking For:

Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills.
Computer Proficiency: Ability to utilize computer programs and understand functionality (Windows-based desktop/laptop, inter-office network, internet access, email, agency management system, Atlas RMV).
Data Entry Skills: Accurate data entry skills.
Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain a suspense system and follow up on outstanding items.
Customer Service Skills: Ability to assist visitors and ascertain their needs.
Flexibility: Some travel may be required, and the ability to work at any branch location as needed.
Physical/Work Condition Requirements:

Ability to sit, talk, hear, and lift up to 20 lbs.
Ability to work evenings and/or weekends, attend remote meetings, and travel as needed.
