Job Summary:


1. The position is for a Pega RPA Developer who will work remotely
2. The location is Reston, VA, where local meetings are required twice a month.
4. The role is a contract-to-hire position with a duration of 6+ months.
5. The mode of interview will be conducted via call or video.
6. Only US citizens or green card holders are eligible to apply.
7. Candidates are required to submit a resume of 4 to 5 pages, including their contact information, and provide a link to their LinkedIn profile.
8. Experience with at least two recent projects in the health insurance industry is required.
9. The job involves complex analysis, design, development, testing, and debugging of computer software.
10. The candidate must have at least 9 years of experience, including 5 years of experience as a Pega RPA SW Developer.
11. Other required skills include basic coding and compilation, software architecture/design, user requirements definition, software specification development, and .NET/C#.
12. Experience in Pega RPA development, managing Pega servers, upgrading them, and understanding Pega workflow is also necessary.
13. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
14. Preferred skills include Pega certification, knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC), programming languages like JavaScript, C, Python, cloud technologies like AWS, Azure, database technologies, agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behavior-Driven Development (BDD), and code quality and promotion practices.
