Job Title: Pega RPA Developer

Location: Hybrid Reston, VA (Locals to DC, MD, VA, WV only; onsite 1-2 times per month) (W2 Only)

We are seeking a Pega RPA Developer to support a major healthcare insurance organization . This is a contract-to-hire (6-12 months Temp to Perm) position , offering a hybrid work model with occasional onsite meetings in Reston, VA . The candidate will be responsible for complex software design, development, testing, and debugging related to Pega RPA and automation solutions .

• Contract Length: 6-12 months (Temp to Perm - C2H)
• Hours Per Week: 40
• Hybrid role with flexible onsite availability (1-2 times per month)
• Interview Process: Video interviews
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder (No sponsorship available)

• Design, develop, and implement Pega RPA automation solutions.
• Perform complex analysis, debugging, and testing of Pega-based applications.
• Manage and upgrade Pega servers , ensuring optimal performance.
• Create and optimize workflows using Pega BOTs within defined timeframes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define system scope, objectives, and baselines .
• Maintain software architecture, design principles, and coding best practices .
• Establish and enforce project standards, documentation, and development processes .

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years of experience as a Pega RPA Developer , with expertise in:
  • Pega RPA development and BOT creation .
  • Managing and upgrading Pega servers .
  • .NET / C# development .
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical requirements effectively.

• Pega Certified professional.
• Experience with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines .
• Knowledge of programming languages (JavaScript, C, Python, etc.).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and databases (SQL, Oracle, MongoDB, PostgreSQL) .
• Understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) .
• Experience in continuous integration, testing, and deployment tools .

• Flexible onsite availability (Reston, VA, 1-2 times per month)

• Must have strong hands-on experience in Pega RPA automation and .NET/C# development .
• Should be a self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills.
• Must be able to work independently while effectively collaborating with stakeholders.
