Location: Auburn, KS & Surrounding Areas

What You'll Do:

• Provide skilled nursing care including medication administration, g-tube, trach, and vent care
• Follow individualized plans of care in collaboration with physicians and care teams
• Monitor and document patient condition using electronic charting
• Educate and support families in managing their child’s care
• Participate in ongoing training and team meetings

Requirements

What You’ll Need:

• Active LPN or RN license
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
