BT Summer Legal Internship

The Americas legal team is excited to offer a 5- to 6-week summer internship to a law student who is a rising 2L or rising 3L in the summer of 2025. The internship pays $40/hour and is part-time. It is anticipated to begin in July and will be based in BT’s office at 901 W. Walnut Hill Lane, Irving, TX 75038.

What you’ll be doing

• Support the legal team on legally complex and high value transactions with BT customers and suppliers.
• Work with members of BT on a range of legal matters, including disputes, product launches, new initiatives, legal

interpretation, and legislative changes.

• Assist with the development of clear and pragmatic legal guidance that helps BT understand and mitigate legal risk.
• Provide timely research on matters of US employment law and support on ongoing litigation matters.
• Participate in meetings with stakeholders on a range of issues.
