We're seeking a Paid Media Director to join a leading digital marketing agency dedicated to helping medical practices grow. This fully remote role offers flexibility and requires candidates to reside in California, Arizona, Michigan, Washington, Colorado, or Georgia.
As the Paid Media Director, you'll lead a team of specialists and oversee innovative campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic/Display channels. Your strategic vision and hands-on leadership will help ensure client success through data-driven initiatives. You'll work closely with teams in Client Success, Creative, Sales, and Strategy to deliver measurable results that drive revenue growth.

What You'll Bring
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business (preferred).
At least 6+ years in paid media or search marketing and 2+ years managing teams in an agency setting.
Technical Expertise:
Proficient in Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic/Display campaigns.
Familiarity with tools like Unbounce, Optmyzr, SpyFu, Excel, Ahrefs, and certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta.
Experience managing accounts with monthly budgets of $10k+.
Skills & Traits:
Strong analytical and organizational skills to troubleshoot and optimize campaigns.
Clear and effective communicator who can present data insights and recommendations.
Passionate about mentoring teams and building client relationships.
Bonus: Experience in HIPAA-regulated industries or healthcare marketing.
Compensation
Salary Range: $85,000 - $120,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
