Oracle APEX Technical Support:
The Oracle APEX Developer shall provide the following support:
• Continue development & testing of Zero-Based-Resource-Allocation (ZBRA)/Budget Administration Services Ensemble (BASE) activities which support “budget” & “procurement” integration enhancement activities prioritized by Government staff.
• Support FFD and the UFMS team with annual, CR, or special Budget loads, as applicable.
• Troubleshoot and mitigate/resolve reported issues (as prioritized by Government staff);
• Generate and maintain overall ZBRA/BASE architecture; design and build the “back-end” database and data structures.
• Design/code the functions/procedures for the application.
• Design and build data-driven interactive web-based applications using Oracle APEX.
• Design and conduct development-level testing and support demonstrations and training activities for ZBRA/BASE deliverables (as prioritized by Government staff);
• Administer production database; monitor error messages, “bug” & problem reports.
• Architect, design and build prototype applications as proofs-of-concept or to demonstrate enhanced functionality.
• Collaborate with the FBI Budget Section SMEs on enhancing the functionality of ZBRA/BASE and develop plans, system policies and procedure to more effectively satisfy the financial management needs of the FBI Director, FBI enterprise stakeholders, and the FBI Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
