Optometrist - $275,000 Potential + Sign on Bonus - Wilmington, NC.

We are looking to hire an Optometrist in Wilmington, North Carolina! Our future doctor will be someone who is engaged in making the patient experience a priority while delivering excellent care. This person should be a visionary and looking for growth. We support our doctors to grow in their careers long term. Our new doctor will perform medical care, routine exams, and contact lens exams. The practice will set up our next OD for success to support any specialty medical interest that the doctor has a passion for!

DETAILS:

• Full-time or Part-time 
• Scope of practice: full scope with medical.
• Strong Staff support including 4 technicians, scribes and front desk.
• 17-21 exams per day.
  • 2-3 patients per hour.
• Updated technology: Wavefront Refraction Systems, Corneal Topographies, Wide Field Retinal Photos, OCT’s, Revolution EHR, Icare Tonometry, Antares Meibography, Paperless office, Visual Fields (virtual headsets), RETeval ERG Scanners, etc.

COMPENSATION + BENEFITS:

• Sign-on bonus between $5,000-$10,000 available depending on location. 
• Student loan assistance available. 
• Salary of $180,000 to $200,000 depending on experience and expertise + bonus model. 
  • Additional bonuses for Myopia Management, specialty contact lens fits, IPL Dry Eye treatment, etc.
  • Potential to make a total income of $250,000- 275,000 a year. (Top performing ODs are making this now).
