Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and personable Office Receptionist to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for all visitors and clients. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the front desk, handling incoming calls, greeting guests, and providing essential administrative support. Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and provide them with information about the organization.
• Answer and direct incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff as needed.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment.
