Job Description
Summary The Office Assistant is responsible for providing support during the school day school, assisting in communication with families, and providing guidance and support to teachers.
Duties - Provide support for the overall management and operations of the school while ensuring compliance with local and state regulations.
- Assist in the opening and closing procedures of the school.
- In the absence of the management team, the Office Administrator is responsible in the overall management of the school.
- Collaborate with the management team to maintain the day-to-day operations of the school.
- Responsible for maintaining inventory of supplies throughout the school primarily with art materials.
- Assist with office administration to ensure organization effectiveness.
- Adhere to all organizational procedures and policies.
- First to answer walkie calls when other teachers are not free to do so.
- Make sure the art gallery is updated monthly
- Answer phone and door.
- Check for First Aid supplies monthly
- Exposure notifications for families
- Filing reports
- Pass out lunches to classrooms
- Put away weekly deliveries (sheets and supplies)
- Printing weekly attendance and Face to Name sheets

*At least 6 months experience with children *This is a closing shift. The school closes at 6PM. Benefits - 15 days of paid time off along with holidays and birthday.
