Job Description

Job Summary:

• Responsible for the restoration of patient's health and collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to provide support to patients.

Job Duties: (include but are not limited to):

• Administer 2 medications.
• Daily inventory count of medication supply.
• Responsible for safeguarding medication inventory.
• Observe / monitor patient demeanor and observe for overmedications signs and symptoms.
• Communicate patient concerns to appropriate team member.
• Comply with federal and state privacy rules, including 42 CFR Parts 160, 164 as well as applicable clinic policies and procedures.
• Contact other centers to verify dosages as needed and coordinate care with outsides providers, as applicable.
• Follow medical orders.

Job Types : Both Full-time, Part-time.

Pay: Dependent upon experience and license.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 5:30a-1pm.
• Weekend position is available and considered as a part time position. (Saturday and Sunday 6:30a-9:30a)
