Description of the role: The Night Auditor at Candlewood Suites - Shelbyville plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations during the night shift. Responsibilities:

• Verify and balance entries and records of financial transactions reported by various hotel departments during the day.
• Handle end-of-day activities and create reports for the hotel’s financial records.
• Greet guests that arrive during the night, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the night.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or hotel front desk operations is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently during the night shift.
• Proficiency in using computer software and basic accounting principles.
