Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Neurology team.
The NP or PA operates as an established medical authority in a collaborative care team environment with 3 physicians, MAs, Practice Manager and support staff.
This provider will see follow-up patients as well as help with hospital consults depending on experience.
The candidate must have experience in Neurology as a provider

Below are the highlights of the offer:
? Annual base salary of $120,000 per year
? Performance incentives up to $20,000 per year starting in year 2
? $10,000 - $20,000 signing bonus DOE
? $10,000 relocation assistance
? $3,000 annual CME allowance
? 30 days of authorized time off per year
