As a fully remote company, we're proud to be trusted by some of the most exciting and fast-growing direct-to-consumer brands in the industry.

We value empathy, hard work, and respect in our collaborative work environment. Every team member plays a key role in shaping the future of intelligent commerce, and we take pride in fostering a positive and supportive culture where everyone's contributions matter.

The Role
As a Mobile Engineer on our special projects team, you'll have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge mobile applications, connecting them to our API-first web systems. This is a hands-on role where you will directly contribute to the product's success and have a meaningful impact on our growth.

What You'll Do

Contribute to various React Native products, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to scope and estimate new features and functionality.
Ensure high standards for code quality and adhere to development best practices, including CI/CD processes.
Serve as a technical resource, providing insights to product owners and stakeholders.
Take part in scoping and developing a range of features, with a focus on optimization and improvement.
Oversee releases and manage technical debt across multiple ongoing projects.

What You'll Need

Strong experience with React Native and building mobile apps from the ground up.
Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript.
Experience working with SQL databases.
Familiarity with testing frameworks (Unit/Integration Testing).
Expertise in version control using Git and GitHub (or similar platforms).
Comfort with Agile methodologies and workload management tools like JIRA.
Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with the Expo ecosystem and Expo CI/CD pipelines.
Knowledge of App Store and Play Store submission best practices.
Experience with Tailwind CSS and general styling best practices.
Knowledge of Zod or other validation libraries.
Understanding of authentication, security patterns, and best practices.
Familiarity with Figma and design iteration.
Experience with data-fetching libraries such as TanStack Query (React Query) or SWR.
Familiarity with global state management (Redux, Context/Reducer, Zustand, etc.).
Exposure to native development in Swift (SwiftUI) or Kotlin (Jetpack Compose).
Strong understanding of multi-device testing practices (iOS, Android, Windows, Mac).

Interview Process
After submitting your application, we will review your resume to see if your experience matches what we're looking for. If it's a good fit, you'll be invited for a 30-minute phone interview where we'll dive deeper into your background and share more about our culture. Successful candidates will proceed to the next stage, which includes:

A meeting with the Hiring Manager.
A small project to demonstrate your skills.
A panel interview with future team members.
A final conversation with the CEO and COO.

Benefits
We offer a fully remote work environment with the flexibility and resources you need to succeed in your role and personal life:

100% free health, dental, and vision insurance for you and your family.
Flexible vacation policies, paid holidays, parental leave, and sick leave.
