We need a hands-on paid advertising specialist to launch and manage campaigns across multiple platforms.
Platforms you'll manage:
LinkedIn (primary)
Quora
TikTok
What you'll do:
Install and verify tracking pixels via Google Tag Manager
Build targeted audience segments on each platform
Repurpose existing video content (we have a library on YouTube and TikTok)
Write platform-appropriate ad copy and CTAs
Build a simple landing page (WordPress)
Launch campaigns, run A/B tests, and optimize daily
Requirements:
Proven experience running paid campaigns on at least 2 of these platforms (show results, not certificates)
Can adapt tone for different platforms (Reddit ≠ LinkedIn)
Responsive communication
Most important: Self-directed problem solver who doesn't need hand-holding
