Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a strong understanding of visual communication, and the ability to bring ideas to life through stunning visuals. You will be responsible for creating a wide range of graphic assets, from digital and print media to branding and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Develop and design high-quality motion graphics for various platforms including websites, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel across all channels.
• Collaborative Projects: Work closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling visual solutions.
• Concept Development: Brainstorm and conceptualize new ideas and creative concepts for campaigns and projects.
• Feedback Implementation: Incorporate feedback from team members and clients to refine and improve designs.
• Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of design assets and resources.
• Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and software to continually enhance design skills and processes.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Experience with digital and print design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Knowledge of web design, HTML/CSS, and UI/UX principles is a plus.

Portfolio:

Candidates must provide a portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and demonstrating creativity, technical skills, and versatility.
