• Review mortgage applications for completeness, accuracy, and loan program eligibility
• Prepare and send initial loan disclosures in the lender portals after obtaining loan officer approval
• Review and structure files for pre-approval, subject to final loan officer sign-off
• Research program guidelines and investor requirements to assist processors with clearing conditions
• Provide backup processing support during team absences and assist with file overflow during high-volume periods
• Maintain accurate loan statuses, updates, and notes within the Loan Origination System (Arive)
• Act as an operational resource for loan officers and processors, offering guideline clarifications and file support
• Support marketing initiatives by assisting with outreach to prospective broker partners to help grow the business
• Communicate professionally and efficiently with internal teams, brokers, and lender partners

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of mortgage processing, loan setup, or operations experience (broker experience required)
• Strong working knowledge of mortgage documentation, TRID compliance, and loan program guidelines
• Proficiency with LOS platforms (preferably Arive) and lender portals
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong research and problem-solving skills for complex loan scenarios
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter mentality with a proactive, solution-oriented approach

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a third-party processing environment
• Familiarity with ClickUp or other task management/project tracking systems
• Exposure to multiple investor and agency guidelines (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA)
