We are looking for a “self-starter” with solid experience in the secretarial field. Candidate will need to have a friendly and patient demeanor.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/Equivalent
Four (4) years of secretarial experience in a clinic or medical office preferred
Must have proven ability to multi-task while answering phones
Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced office
Must have computer skills to manage the use of multiple computer screens in software program
Must be flexible regarding schedule
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage the front reception desk
Answer multiple phone lines (initiate triage calls, take messages, transfer calls, etc)
Check clients in and out for their appointments
Schedule appointments using computer software program
Complete reminder calls regarding appointments
Filing
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm (iMUSt be flexible to work Tuesday and Thursday 12Noon-8:00pm when needed)
Pay rate: $16.50hour
