Job Description

FULL TIME MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST NEEDED:

Busy specialty office in need of a front desk receptionist.  Must be experience and have knowledge of medical insurance. This is an extremely fast paced position with checking in over 350 patients per day. 

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting patients
• Patient Check In
• Entering patient information into the EHR
• Completing general clerical tasks

Required Work Experience:

• Strong preference will be given to candidates with medical office experience (minimum 3 years)
• Receptionist / front office experience

Required Skills:

• Must have excellent communication and personal interaction skills.
• Adept with computer systems, particularly electronic medical record software.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and general medical practice operations.

Job Type: Full-time
