Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy Development: Design and lead comprehensive media strategies across digital and traditional platforms (TV radio print OOH social digital etc.) ensuring alignment with client goals.
Media Planning & Buying: Oversee media planning and buying processes maximizing budget efficiency targeting accuracy and channel effectiveness.
Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients presenting media strategies updates and performance insights while offering optimization recommendations.
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior media planners and buyers fostering their growth and enhancing team performance.
Campaign Monitoring & Optimization: Track campaign performance analyze key metrics (ROI CTR CPC) and make datadriven decisions to optimize results.
Vendor Negotiations: Manage relationships with media vendors negotiating favorable rates placements and added value to enhance media investment.
Budget Management: Oversee media budgets ensuring efficient execution and maximizing campaign results.
Performance Reporting: Develop detailed postcampaign reports and presentations offering insights and recommendations for future media efforts.
CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work with creative account and analytics teams to ensure media strategies are aligned with overall marketing objectives.
Market & Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends emerging media platforms and competitive activities to craft innovative media strategies.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all media campaigns are accurately executed on time and in compliance with client and industry standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Advertising Communications or a related field.
57 years of experience in media planning and buying with expertise in both digital and traditional media.
Proficiency in media planning tools (e.g. Google Ads Facebook Ads Manager The Trade Desk Nielsen).
Strong experience managing media budgets and optimizing multichannel campaigns.
Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Leadership skills with experience mentoring junior staff.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Capable of managing multiple projects in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
Remote work experience is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with programmatic media buying and advanced targeting strategies.
Familiarity with ad servers and tracking tools (DoubleClick Sizmek etc.).
Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications are a bonus.
