Media Associate

SNAPSHOT:

• Highly motivated individual looking to get their start in the advertising industry (0-2 years experience) 
• A passion for all things advertising and modern culture, you love learning about what makes people tick and how to engage with them  
• Roll up your sleeves, get the job down attitude, while having some fun at the same time 
• Willingness to learn and grow with the agency 
• In-office position at our Red Bank office with optional 2 days/week WFH

WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a full-service agency with diverse clients, you will stay challenged and inspired through branding, advertising, digital and social projects for food, CPG, technology and other clients. Specifically, you will have the opportunity to: 

• Set up and implement digital campaigns  (display, social, search) 
• Monitor digital reporting  
• Traffic creative assets across TV, OOH, Radio, Print and Sponsorship activations  
• Assist in development of media and campaign recommendations  
• Develop and maintain social media content calendars across select clients 
• Develop content generation as needed  
• Assist the Media Manager and Strategy Director in campaign development  
• Gather campaign reporting and analysis
