As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for cutting, trimming, and preparing various cuts of meat according to customer specifications. Your attention to detail and precision will ensure that our customers receive the highest quality products. You will also assist with inventory management and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

What You'll Do:

• Cut, trim, and portion meat according to customer specifications
• Ensure accuracy and precision in cutting to maintain quality standards
• Assist with inventory management and stocking of meat products
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
