Job title: Marketing Specialist
Salary: $100 (Rs. 8,000) per month probationary period. $100-$120(Rs. 8,000-10,000) per month after that depending on performance and experience and commissions possible

Timings: 10 AM- 7PM EST (Monday to Saturday)
We are looking for a creative and results-driven marketing specialist to join our team. In this role, you will develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Create and implement marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, e-mail, etc.)
* Conduct market research to identify trends and target audience.
* Collaborate with teams to design promotional materials.
* Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.
* Assist in organizing events and promotions.
QUALIFICATIONS:.
* Previous experience in a marketing role.
* Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
