This fully remote role is open to applicants from California, Arizona, Nevada, Texas, or Florida. Reporting to the EVP of Media and collaborating with senior leadership, the Marketing Manager will play a key role in guiding the marketing department and ensuring optimal visibility, growth, and sales for the company's products and services.

About the Role:

As the Marketing Manager, you will oversee strategy, tactics, and programs to generate interest, recognition, and new business opportunities. Your work will include managing marketing campaigns, developing creative strategies, and leading a talented team to execute engaging initiatives across various channels, including advertising, social media, events, and more.

You'll be in charge of:

Researching and developing marketing plans to identify new opportunities and areas for growth
Leading creative brainstorming sessions with the marketing team to generate innovative ideas
Overseeing the development of a creative calendar for all internal marketing
Managing the creation of client newsletters, email campaigns, and company materials
Analyzing market data to assess the viability of potential business opportunities
Providing strategic insights to the Sales team and other key stakeholders
Managing social media presence and ensuring cohesive messaging across platforms
Assisting in the continuous improvement of sales materials
Ensuring timely execution of marketing tactics and initiatives
Developing and managing the annual marketing budget

What We're Looking For:

3+ years of experience in a senior marketing role, with leadership responsibilities
Strong background in planning and executing marketing strategies
Well-rounded expertise in creative, innovative marketing techniques and sales methodologies
Experience in direct response marketing and marketing within the legal industry is a plus
Ability to lead and motivate teams to produce high-quality work on tight deadlines
Strong understanding of contracting, negotiating, and change management processes
Proven experience creating marketing presentation decks
A degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred
