We're looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager with experience in higher education to join our creatively minded and analytically driven Marketing Team. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping our strategies for licensing medical and coding curriculum, bootcamps, and other educational resources.
About the Role
This position is perfect for someone who has worked in a marketing role at a university, community college, or other higher education institution. We're seeking a people-oriented individual with expertise in curriculum changes, attracting new partnerships, and driving enrollment. Your insights will guide our product, sales, and marketing teams, helping us expand our presence in this exciting space.
What You'll Do
Develop thought leadership content such as webinars, eBooks, and case studies to highlight our expertise.
Provide valuable insights into higher education to influence our product, sales, and marketing strategies.
Oversee partnership implementation and student enrollment for medical billing and coding bootcamps.
Deliver marketing materials to partners and ensure enrollment targets are met.
Understand partner needs, key drivers, and success metrics to create value for customers and stakeholders.
Conduct client and student surveys to refine our offerings and drive growth.
Collaborate with sales teams and stakeholders to address challenges and explore new partnership opportunities.
Stay up to date on industry trends and share updates with the team to inform strategy.

Preferred Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
At least 3 years of experience in higher education marketing.
Familiarity with marketing strategies.
Understanding of curriculum changes, student recruitment, and enrollment drivers.
Knowledge of the healthcare or revenue cycle industry is a plus.
