Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business transformation for our clients. You'll have the opportunity to impact their marketing and business strategies, from brand positioning and business development to digital modernization. You will work closely with clients to improve key business and marketing metrics, ensuring that their goals are achieved through innovative, data-driven tactics.
Key Responsibilities
Tactical Development & Planning: Support the creation of near-term strategies for brand launches, pipeline brands, and promotional campaigns. Develop and execute tactics to drive brand performance while optimizing budget requirements.
Promotional Approval & Execution: Manage the approval process for promotional materials, ensuring all assets are aligned with the campaign strategy and client objectives.
Campaign Support: Play an active role in executing branded campaigns, ensuring alignment with client strategies and objectives.
Strategic Leadership: Develop tactical plans based on pre-defined strategies, setting timelines and budgets. Lead the management of PR and advocacy efforts, ensuring deliverables are on time, within budget, and actionable.
Collaboration with Clients: Work closely with clients to develop and implement marketing plans that drive their brand's success. Lead strategy discussions and ensure client goals are met.
Asset Management: Oversee the marketing assets database, ensuring that all materials are approved, organized, and available for use.
Budget Tracking: Monitor and track project expenses, ensuring that budgets are adhered to, and project outcomes are optimized.
Conduct & Compliance: Maintain alignment with internal and external codes of conduct and organizational policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required.
4 years of experience in marketing.
Minimum 2 years of experience in communications or marketing, or equivalent.
Experience in government marketing is preferred.
Proven experience in leading promotional development and review.
Demonstrated success in marketing and launch coordination, as well as tactical plan development and execution.
Skills & Abilities
Strong understanding of the marketing industry and communications strategy.
Ability to extract insights from data and market trends, and translate them into actionable strategies.
Skilled at managing deadlines and project efficiency while focusing on ROI and continual improvement.
Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and external vendors.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
