Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Marketing Manager to join our client's remote team. This role is crucial for planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts to enhance awareness and demand for our clients' diverse range of products and services. The successful candidate will work closely with departments like product development, sales, and public relations to maximize profits and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

• Estimating Demand: Utilize market knowledge and data analysis to estimate consumer demand for products.
• Identifying Potential Markets: Explore and identify new markets for expanding product reach.
• Developing Pricing Strategies: Design pricing models that attract customers while ensuring profitability.
• Managing Campaigns: Oversee the creation, execution, and assessment of marketing campaigns.
• Managing Budgets: Allocate and control budgets for marketing projects and campaigns.
• Analyzing Trends: Monitor industry trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
• Collaborating with Departments: Work closely with advertising, creative, and promotions managers to synchronize marketing efforts.
• Team Management: Lead the marketing team, assigning tasks and overseeing operations to ensure goals are met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with additional background in public relations, sales, or a similar field.
• Proficient in using statistical analysis and market research to drive marketing strategies.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex budgets and large-scale marketing campaigns.

Compensation:

• Competitive salary with a median expected around $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
