The North East Corporate Office is seeking a full-time, salaried Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This position will come with a full benefits package to include Medical, Dental and Vision coverage as well as Paid Time Off and Holiday Pay. Pay Range: $55K to $60K Annually based on education and experience

This position will play a key role in executing marketing initiatives utilizing various methods for all properties across the portfolio. The work of this role is a key piece to the support of each proprieties membership base, revenue growth as well as solidifying branding and our online presence in the industry. This position requires a creative, organized, detail oriented and proactive individual with a passion for marketing.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns to promote golf facilities, events, and services, ensuring alignment with company goals and brand standards.
  • Content Development: Oversee the creation and curation of engaging content, including website updates, email newsletters, blog posts, promotional materials, and advertisements, tailored to the golf audience.
  • Marketing Playbook Implementation: Execute a standardized marketing playbook across the portfolio, ensuring consistency in branding, messaging, and promotional strategies while adapting to local market needs.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and manage the company’s social media presence across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn), including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance analysis.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance and social media metrics, providing regular reports to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, facility managers, and external vendors to ensure cohesive execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Event Support: Assist in promoting golf tournaments, special events, and membership drives through targeted marketing efforts.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials and communications adhere to the company’s brand guidelines and maintain a professional, high-quality standard.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality, sports, or golf industry
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing tools and platforms (e.g. Canva, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Google Analytics)
  • Experience with graphic design and video editing software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Knowledge of the golf industry is a plus, but not required

Physical Demands:

Frequently sits, stands and utilizes digits in an office environment. Occasionally lifts up to 25 pounds. Some travel is expected as needed to complete job responsibilities.
