The targeted compensation wage for this full time year round, non-exempt position is $28/hr.
The Marketing Coordinator will be key to establishing the brand and elevating our storytelling. This role requires a foundational understanding of social media, an eye for design and an understanding of a luxury aesthetic. This role will maintain a strong entrepreneurial spirit, and is a self-starting team player that’s creative, innovative, and is willing to roll up their sleeves to implement the latest thinking in marketing, social media, and partnerships.
Works closely with the Marketing team to execute a social media strategy for Hotel Jerome, working closely with the property team to generate content that aligns with the brand’s social media strategy and speaks to a luxury consumer
Supports with reservations + itineraries for tastemakers and press visits
Coordinates partner deliverables, on-site events, and activations at Hotel Jerome
Keeps all marketing collateral and calendars up to date: Fact sheet, Property Guide, Promotional Calendar, Key Messaging, Experience Guides, Key Contacts etc.
Maintains and updates the photo and video library, ensuring all assets are easily accessible
Responsible for the maintenance of website marketing materials, and other property updates
Maintains email marketing calendar
Updates new experiences to the website; maintains calendars, activities, experiences, dining menus, and other events; reviews for accuracy consistently; promotes key offers/events; seasonal content/imagery updates
