Job Description

We are looking for a talented Marketing Analyst to drive marketing strategies by analyzing and interpreting data to uncover insights and trends for our client. The focus of this role is to improve the overall marketing performance, enhance customer targeting (using SFMC), and optimize marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret marketing data to uncover insights and trends that inform marketing strategies and business decisions. Monitor and forecast key marketing and sales metrics/performance indicators
• Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to segment consumer data and analyze user behavior patterns and conversion timelines.
• Analyze marketing trends - consumer behavior - and campaign performance
• Market research - conducting primary and secondary research to gather market intelligence
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance providing insights to improve ROI
• Leverage Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track and report on campaign performance and audience engagement.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights and recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on marketing objectives and support data-driven initiatives. 
• Provide actionable insights to refine targeting, improve customer acquisition, and enhance overall marketing ROI.

Requirements:

• 3-8 years experience in marketing analytics/data reporting
• Strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, specifically in segmenting data and analyzing user behavior.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4). Google Tag Manager, semrush
• Expert in Excel
• Highly preferred experience with Tableau. Power BI, Looker, SQL, CRMA 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Comfortable collaborating with other teams such as Sales, IT, Product - as you will be the SME
• Self-starter
