Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Production Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that products are manufactured with utmost efficiency, and meeting high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise the day-to-day activities of the production team
• Maintain accurate records of production data, quality control, and inventory
• Ensure safety procedures are followed in accordance with OSHA regulations
• Implement and maintain EH&S Management policies and procedures
• Identify areas for improvement and implement process development initiatives
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve production issues
• Manage production flow to optimize efficiency and minimize waste
• Develop and implement corrective action plans to address production failures

Qualifications:

• Experience supervising production in a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience with OSHA, and EH&S Management
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
