Title : Manager - Medical Sales Team Leadership

Territories: Covering TX, OK, AR, LA, Southern MS. 

 

Company: Market leading, U.S. based manufacturer selling Life Saving Emergency Medical Devices to EMS, hospitals, public safety, municipalities, and military customers globally! Gained about 50% of market share since it's launch and more products in the pipeline to take more.

 

Description:

  • Direct management of EMS sales team that call on a variety of customers who use or need to have/use Emergency Medical Equipment including but not limited to: Independent & Hospital EMS, Municipalities, Fire Departments, Manufacturing, Institutions, Flight Medics, Sports organizations, and more.
  • Develop team to grow internally.
  • Support team in the field achieve sales capital equipment and disposable sales quotas as assigned.
  • Control discounts and expenses to contribute to profitability.
  • Communicate, develop, evolve, and maintain short-term, long-term, and annual sales plans for assigned region.
  • Responsible for uncovering new business opportunities, developing a pipeline of potential sales to meet territory sales expectations.
  • Provide in-service education services to customers.
  • Ensure the required reviews have been conducted prior to sale.
  • Maintain organized account records in CRM (Salesforce).
  • Provide appropriate reports as required by management.
  • Maintain inventory of demo and evaluation equipment and document their use.
  • Weekly expectation of 3-4 days in the field meeting and 1-2 days home office time spent on company meetings, research, virtual customer service, planning, and reporting.
  • Other projects as assigned

 

 

Requirements:

  • College degree preferred or commensurate with experience
  • 5-10 years of team leadership & professional outside sales experience in medical device, B2B or EMS.
  • Proven sales success & sale process knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratives with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivation and territory/time management skills.
  • Prior EMS clinical experience preferred but not required.

 

Compensation:

Base salary $110-120k Base, uncapped commissions paid quarterly total at plan compensation is $275-300k. Plus health/dental + Car allowance + Expenses
