Participate in a rotational training program across key departments such as sales, operations, finance, HR, and customer service.
Assist department managers with daily tasks and project execution.
Analyze business operations and identify areas for improvement.
Attend training sessions, workshops, and team meetings to gain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and culture.
Shadow experienced staff to learn about different job functions.
Complete assigned projects and present findings or recommendations to leadership.
Maintain accurate records and documentation throughout the training period.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
