**Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking an Electrical Technician-Industrial to join their team.** As an Electrical Technician-Industrial, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production and facility operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a safety-first mindset which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Electrical Technician-Industrial **Location:** WI, Milwaukee **Pay Range:** $43.01 per hour **What's the Job?** + Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and electronic systems, machinery, and controls + Interpret wiring diagrams, circuits, and schematics to install and service electrical components + Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan + Install, replace, and test electrical circuits, motors, panels, and fixtures + Ensure safe operations following OSHA and internal safety procedures **What's Needed?** + High School Diploma or GED required; technical certification or apprenticeship preferred + 3+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience + Strong understanding of electrical theory, codes, and high-voltage systems + Ability to read and analyze electrical drawings and schematics + Experience troubleshooting PLCs, control systems, and industrial equipment **What's in it for me?** + Medical insurance + Dental insurance + Disability insurance + Life insurance + Weekly payment If this is a role that interests you and you'd like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
