Dream Nannies is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeper for a private family in Spring Island, SC, starting in October 2025. The ideal candidate will be smart, efficient, discreet, and able to read a room, taking initiative without needing to be micromanaged after training. This position requires deep cleaning of a 3,500 sq. ft. home (not all areas are in use) twice a week from 10 AM to 3 PM at $40 per hour, totaling $400 per week. Key responsibilities include maintaining a spotless kitchen, making beds properly, ensuring bleach is used in shower corners to prevent mold, and carefully cleaning old plank wood floors while rinsing the front and entrance steps. Additional duties include preparing a basic and healthy dinner on Tuesday nights, assisting with the family’s 2 - 3-year-old Cavachon (morning and afternoon feedings, love, and care), running occasional errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, or picking up takeout from the yacht club in Hilton Head. If the family is out of town, the housekeeper will need to turn on taps and report any maintenance issues to the PA or House Manager. Laundry duties include ironing sheets and washing towels and linens. The family provides all cleaning products and will supply funds to purchase organic soap as needed. Pet sitting, when required, will be compensated at $200 per day for 24-hour care.
