About this Position
We're seeking an Event Marketing Manager to join our team, where you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our brand through a variety of engaging in-person, digital, and hybrid experiences. From intimate gatherings to large-scale activations at industry events, you'll collaborate closely with team members to oversee the administrative, operational, and logistical aspects of event planning and execution. This dynamic position requires adept multitasking within a fast-paced environment to deliver tailored and impactful experiences for our audience.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of high-impact events including conferences, trade shows, and virtual experiences.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with brand messaging and objectives.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and event logistics to ensure smooth event operations.
• Track and analyze event performance metrics to evaluate ROI and success.
• Create compelling event marketing materials and support event promotion across various channels.

Job Skills/Requirements

• Proven experience in event marketing, planning, or coordination (at least 2-3 years preferred).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with event management tools and platforms.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively to execute successful event campaigns.

Additional Information

• Hybrid work environment (Framingham, Massachusetts)

Pay Range
Pay Range: $75.00 - $85.00/hr
