Tasks

The Opportunity: Two Ways to Partner

We are recruiting a small team of performance-based partners to bring this vital training to their networks.

1. Certified Partner (White-Label)

  • For independent consultants coaches and trainers.
  • White-label our complete online course with your brand logo emails and welcome video.
  • Deliver it to your clients and retain a significant portion of revenue.
  • Add a scalable recurring income stream without trading more hours for money.

2. Affiliate Partner (Referral-Based)

  • For retired executives and well-connected professionals.
  • Make high-level introductions to your network (City Managers Police/Fire Chiefs Plant Managers HR VPs Business Owners etc.).
  • When a client engages for in-person or online training earn a generous referral commission.
  • Leverage your credibility; we handle the delivery.

Requirements

Who We Are Looking For

  • Independent Consultant: HR OD or leadership consultants seeking a proven high-quality curriculum to expand services and generate recurring revenue.

  • Encore Career Executive: Retired or semi-retired leaders (City Manager Police/Fire Chief HR Director Operations VP etc.) looking to leverage their network for flexible lucrative and meaningful work.
