Key Responsibilities

• Leverage cloud platforms-particularly AWS-to build, train, and deploy machine learning and GenAI solutions.
• Build dashboards, anomaly detection models, and predictive analytics to evaluate engineering efficiency and highlight improvement opportunities.
• Conduct pilot experiments, analyze performance outcomes, and validate model effectiveness using data-driven evaluation frameworks.
• Collaborate with Engineering, SRE, Platform, and DevOps teams to operationalize models and integrate analytics into CI/CD ecosystems.
• Ensure new solutions comply with enterprise data governance policies, legal, privacy, and security standards

Required Qualifications

• 4 years of experience applying data science or machine learning in production environments.
• Strong experience with LLM/GenAI technologies and their application to developer experience
• Avid cloud practitioner , with strong proficiency in AWS SageMaker
• Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn), ML frameworks, and model training experience
• Knowledge of experimental design, A/B testing, or pilot validation frameworks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in training ModernBert ML model
• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and related AI integration frameworks.
• Experience with MLOps practices and model deployment pipelines.
• Knowledge of Java or Node.js -not required but beneficial for integrating ML/GenAI into development platforms.
• Understanding of enterprise data governance, privacy, legal and security standards.
