Job Title: Lead Data Science Analyst (multiple openings)
Job Location: Riverwoods, IL
Job Type: Full Time
Duties: Leads the development and implementation of advanced analytics including customer segmentation, optimization, prescriptive analytics and machine learning algorithm & recommendation to solve business problems. Operates as a subject matter expert on statistical analysis, test and design of experiment, analysis methodology, modeling & application, and financial impact analysis. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.
Requirements : Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Engineering, Statistics or related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Data Science Analyst-related occupation.
Position required skills: Position requires experience in the following: SQL, Python, Tableau, Snowflake, and GitHub; Statistical analyses projects using analytical skills including working with relational database management systems including MySQL, OracleDB, or PostgreSQL; Automation of data extraction, assessments, metric tracking and establishing data linkages; Data visualization tools including Tableau; and Credit risk, fraud risk, marketing analytics, optimization, operations analytics, and modeling.
Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program
Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $116,334 to $147,100. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
