Position: Junior Project Manager
Location: Santa Clara, CA

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Project Manager with at least 3 years of experience in project coordination or management. The ideal candidate will support project delivery across multiple teams and help ensure successful project execution from initiation through closure.
Key Responsibilities:Assist in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to deadlines and within budget
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Develop detailed project documentation including project charters, schedules, risk logs, and status reports
Track project progress and report on key milestones and deliverables
Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas and follow up on action items
Monitor project risks and issues and escalate when necessary
Maintain project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Trello, Asana, etc.)
Support the Project Manager or Program Manager in overall portfolio and stakeholder management
Help drive team accountability and follow up on deliverables
Foster strong working relationships with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination or project management roles
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and project tracking tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Project, etc.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
