Salary: $72,150 - 130,425 per year Requirements:

• We are seeking a professional with a Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, alongside 4 or more years of pertinent experience. Additional years of relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Applicants must possess hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence, and a thorough understanding of DoD system-owner responsibilities. A current Top Secret SCI clearance is required. We value individuals who demonstrate a keen analytical mindset and a passion for enhancing processes. Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to clearly convey technical ideas. Candidates must also be committed to ongoing Air Force and/or INSCOM training.

Responsibilities:

• As our Jira Solutions Specialist, you will:
• Collaborate with end users and mission leads to design, develop, and improve EPMS solutions.
• Automate and enhance workflows using Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
• Assess licensing requirements and manage annual sustainment planning.
• Integrate top-tier add-ons and plugins to increase mission effectiveness.
• Establish standards for security, change management, release management, and governance.
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), technical documentation, and provide engaging training for end users.
• Work independently while influencing project outcomes and ensuring operational success.
