Paradigm was co-founded in 2018 by Matt Huang (former Partner at Sequoia Capital) and Fred Ehrsam (co-founder of Coinbase). The Role
Paradigm is looking for an IT Engineer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide best in class support to all of Paradigm’s users. In addition to providing support, you'll also be responsible for assisting with implementing, configuring and maintaining SaaS applications and tools, alongside the IT Systems Engineers.
You have:
3+ years of IT support experience with strong technical background with troubleshooting Mac and iOS endpoints and SaaS applications (ex. Zoom, Google, Slack, etc..)
1+ year of IT System Administration experience
Knowledge of ITSM best practices, collaboration platforms such as Slack and Zoom, network technologies, AV and conference rooms
Expertise in testing, configuring, and implementing IT solutions
Ability to clearly set expectations and follow through with commitments in a timely manner
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences with customer focus.

Passionate about customer service and have a high level of integrity
Understanding of the importance of building relationships and understand how to tailor your approach to support your audience
Willing to expand knowledge beyond IT support and participate in projects such as software implementations and management with the Systems Engineering team
You will:
Be able to work in person in San Francisco, CA (Currently 3 days in office)
Provide best in class IT support and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Be a part of the team’s scheduled on-call coverage and after hours support
Maintain and manage a multitude of cloud applications
Assist IT Systems Engineer team members with projects
Document and define best practices
$175K – $275K
Actual starting pay may vary based on a range of factors which can include experience, skills, and scope. This role is eligible for additional performance-based compensation as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
