Physical Location Data Cleanup: - Gather and verify active addresses, including latitude and longitude, for all physical locations; - Ensure accuracy and completeness of location data in the ITSM system. 2. Catalog Item Creation: - Develop catalog items based on general requests submitted by users; - Create specific catalog items for different types of password resets. 3. Application Services Review: - Review all application services to ensure the correct assignment groups are associated; - Identify and report on assignment groups that have never had any items assigned to them. 4. Incident Management Support: - Assist in the resolution of incidents by providing data analysis and reporting; - Collaborate with the IT team to improve incident response processes. 5.
