**Job Purpose:**
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team and assist with various IT Service Management tasks. This internship will provide hands-on experience in managing and optimizing our IT Service Management platform, specifically focusing on the following responsibilities:

**Education / Training:**
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field;
- Scripting knowledge;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Good communication skills;
- Familiarity with data management and catalog item creation.

IT Service Center/ServiceNow Intern

**Key Job Elements:**
1. Physical Location Data Cleanup:
- Gather and verify active addresses, including latitude and longitude, for all physical locations;
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of location data in the ITSM system.
2. Catalog Item Creation:
- Develop catalog items based on general requests submitted by users;
- Create specific catalog items for different types of password resets.
3. Application Services Review:
- Review all application services to ensure the correct assignment groups are associated;
- Identify and report on assignment groups that have never had any items assigned to them.
4. Incident Management Support:
- Assist in the resolution of incidents by providing data analysis and reporting;
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve incident response processes.
5. User Training and Documentation:
- Develop user guides and training materials for new catalog items and services;
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding of the ITSM platform.
**Qualifications and Experience:**
- Basic understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles;
- Experience with data visualization tools;
- Knowledge of SQL or other database query languages.
