Job Description

RocketFast! Car Wash is expanding our support team to include an IT Manager.

This person will provide comprehensive technical support, infrastructure management, and standardized site setups across all RocketFast! locations. This includes installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software, creating consistent system images, and ensuring security best practices companywide.

Job Duties:

Fulfill and promote the company’s mission and values (represented by the WASH acronym)
Develop and execute an IT roadmap aligned with business goals
Oversee IT network, cloud systems, cybersecurity, and data integration
Manage and optimize point-of-sale systems, ensuring reliability and minimizing downtime
Lead IT projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and process improvements
Train users on new or updated procedures
Maintain accurate records and generate reports as requested
Interact with suppliers as needed
Enforce safety standards
Maintain budgeted operational costs
Comply with RocketFast! Employee Handbook
Other responsibilities and tasks as necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay:

$40,000 annual salary
