As an Investment Associate, you will play a key role across all areas of fund investing, directly supporting the team in sourcing, analyzing, and executing high-value opportunities. You will:

• Drive Informed Decisions – Track investment opportunities, manage databases, leverage AI tools, and provide insights on portfolio updates and venture trends.
• Power Great Investments – Conduct due diligence, meet with fund managers, document findings, and present in Investment Committee meetings.

• 2+ years of experience in Venture Capital investing, Fund of Funds, or another relevant field.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and willingness to learn new tools.
• Self-starter with high attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively.
• Intellectually curious with a passion for startups and venture capital.
• Must be already based in or willing to relocate to the San Francisco Bay Area (Palo Alto HQ).

Compensation: Base salary of $90K–$120K , with total compensation in the $150K–$200K range.
